Package Protection
Swap offers a best-in-class package protection solution that offers you and your customers peace of mind while offsetting the planet’s carbon. Win, win. The package protection allows customers to easily raise a claim in a few clicks within your existing portals. Similarly, brands will be able to see progress on all claims within their Swap portal while we process the claims promptly. Through Tree-Nation, Swap offers a tailored carbon offset program supporting worldwide reforestation projects. More than 200 tonnes of CO2 have been captured through Swap Protect and with your help more trees will be planted.

Redo offers basic package protection at checkout, with claims all managed within the same portal. However, they do not include any form of carbon offset or benefit to the customer or merchant beyond the package protection.
Returns
Swap's unmatched cross-border services and tracking are more robust, with advanced SMS updates and Gorgias integrations, which also makes customer service easier to manage. Swap excels in package protection, with carbon offsetting through Tree-Nation. Redo only provides basic tracking features but is limited to outbound orders only and has basic protection but no added benefits to the merchant or customer.


Swap offers a global returns portal, discounted return shipping rates, and seamless reverse logistics—something Redo does not provide.

Redo offers a returns solution with exchanges, tailored returns rules, and modern UX. They do not offer immediate exchange for something else within the returns portal as Swap and Loop do. Redo created a returns protection feature, which pre-pays for the return fee on the customer side. Since this is a new offering, there is not much data yet that supports its adoption. Loop does not get involved in shipping logistics, thus you will need to use your own returns logistics provider for shipping.
Cross-Border
Swap global enables business without borders by unlocking new markets through DDP shipping, automated tax remittance, and express customs clearance. This means any duty, tax, or eligible fee (including merchandise processing fee) paid because of the importation of merchandise not used before exportation or destruction is recoverable as a drawback.
